My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room, though close to the main building, had cleanliness issues with mushrooms growing in the corners and lacked essential toiletries, the staff was extremely helpful and hardworking in assisting me with menu selection and room allotment. The location, though a bit away from the city crowd, featured beautiful gardens, child play areas, and various activities like spa and cricket, making it a scenic retreat. The dining was decent overall with a live dosa counter, but it tended to get crowded at times.

The private villa studio room I had was not as clean as expected with mushrooms growing in the corners. However, being close to the main building was convenient as I didn't have to navigate slopes or steps to reach the restaurant. Unfortunately, essential toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, powder, moisturizer, and comb were not provided.

The hotel is situated on top of a hill with a scenic view of the valley from the lobby and balcony, providing a good, scenic, and perfect stay for couples. However, the poor connectivity through the local road made it a challenge to reach the property easily. The property may not fully match the 4-star prices charged as Ooty itself is described as rural and under-developed.
